New Book Honors the 400th Anniversary of the Martyrdom of St. Josaphat

A new commemorative book dedicated to St. Josaphat, the Basilian martyr and Archbishop of Polotsk, has been published by Misioner Publishing House to mark the 400th anniversary of his martyrdom.

Richly illustrated, the volume highlights the major events of the Jubilee Year and includes historical studies, articles, and reflections on the life, ministry, and lasting legacy of St. Josaphat. It shows how his witness continues to inspire the Church today.

Prepared by the Basilian Fathers, the publication seeks to preserve the memory of their holy confrere for future generations, echoing the words of Psalm 112:6: «The memory of the righteous will endure forever».
