STRUCTURE
The territorial structure of the Order consists of the Main headquarters, various Provinces and one Delegation, and the Provinces and Delegation consist of monastic centers. Monastic centers can be: monasteries, residences, missionary centers, novitiate centers, and centers of studies.

As of 2022, more than 500 members of the Order, belonging to various Eastern Catholic Churches, are serving in ten Provinces and one Delegation. As of 2022, these are the following Basilian Provinces and Delegation:
- Most Holy Saviour, in Ukraine
- St. Nicholas, in Ukraine
- Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in Argentina
- St. Joseph, in Brazil
- Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Canada
- St. Stephen, in Hungary
- Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God, in Poland
- Saints Peter and Paul, in Romania
- Saints Cyril and Methodius, in Slovakia
- The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the USA
- Delegation of St. Josaphat in Portugal
In addition, the monks carry out evangelization and pastoral work in Italy, Lithuania and Serbia.
