The Province of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary was established in 1948. It belongs to the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church and preserves its rich cultural, liturgical, and spiritual traditions. These traditions are not only safeguarded as heritage but are also actively promoted to strengthen the unity of the Order of Saint Basil the Great of Saint Josaphat and to serve the good of the wider Church.

Today, the Province has three monasteries. The monks there dedicate themselves to serving the people of God through various forms of pastoral ministry. In addition, the Province is responsible for the Colegio San Josafat in the city of Apóstoles.
